Shipping and Return Policy
We ship most of our products via UPS (products too large to ship via UPS are sent by truck). Rush orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Delivery by UPS) must be received before 1:30pm central time Monday through Friday in order to ship that day. Best Way shipments (those traveling by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail) usually ship within 3 business days of receiving the order. Please note that 'Best Way' shipping is only available for shipments within the continental US. If you would like to ship outside that area, please select an appropriate shipping method or call us to arrange shipping.
You will be able to track your shipments via their tracking code that you will be able to find on this site and in a shipping confirmation email you will receive when your order ships.
If there are any problems during the shipment, such as damage to the product, they must be reported back to PressureWasherFinder.com within 15 days of receipt of the package. PressureWasherFinder.com does not take responsibility for any damage or problems with the product that are not reported to us within 15 days.
If you need to return a product to us, we try to make the process as easy and painless as possible. First, please call us toll-free at 877-520-3698. We will then give you a Returned Merchandise Authorization to get the product returned. As long as the product ordered has not been used, there is no problem in returning it for a refund. If the product has been used and is under warranty, no problem either; let us know so we can make arrangements.
Items that have been used are not eligible for return unless there is a problem and it is covered by the warranty.
